At Enter Meditation, we started with a simple idea: to help people find peace in the chaos of everyday life. Our founder, Forrest Folen, a meditation practitioner and teacher with over 25 years experience, wanted to share the benefits of meditation with others. Today, we have grown into a community of dedicated meditators who are passionate about helping others.

At Enter Meditation, we believe that meditation is for everyone. Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you deepen your practice. We believe that meditation is a powerful tool for transforming your life and the world around you.

Our team of meditation instructors are passionate about helping you achieve inner peace and clarity. Each instructor has a unique background and teaching style, but they all share a commitment to helping you achieve your meditation goals and use the Enter Meditation framework to guide you in your journey.

We offer a variety of meditation programs, including guided meditations, workshops, and retreats. Our programs are designed to help you reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and promote overall well-being.

Forrest has taught meditation for over 25 years to hundreds of his private clients, to scientists at two of the largest biotech companies in the world (Gilead Biosciences and Genentech), and to leaders in the fitness and wellness community.
He trained with a Taoist Master for over a decade, achieving a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, where he learned Chi Gong and the meditative arts.
He has trained and received mentorship by Lisa Nichols, the most featured speaker from the viral hit movie, The Secret.
Forrest sees himself as a guide and not a Guru. This is how creates a rare environment for students looking for meditation instruction without a religious agenda or dogmatic approach.
Forrest wasn't always a wellness and meditation coach.
In his teens he became addicted to drugs, alcohol, and became homeless for a short time.
Through a visit with his grandmother, who advised him to "Take care of your body and mind, which will in turn take care of your life", Forrest made a shift in his life trajectory, and dedicated his life to fitness, wellness, meditation, and to giving back his second chance at life to others.
